Re-Release Classes

Re-release classes are a recording of the morning’s live class. This is a great option if you can’t make the livestream class that day and want more flexibility to practice on your own schedule!

In order to provide you with high quality classes, we reserve the right to send a previously recorded class from our archives if we experience technical issues. Teachers are subject to change in the event of a substitute.

 Class recordings are available for 24 hours.
